Spacious, clean rooms with separate sitting area, wet bar, and dressing room vanity area. A variety of amenities, including guest laundry, bar, and light food in the lobby. Large closet with iron and ironing board. Great value for the room rate.

The suite at this hotel was everything I hoped for - comfortable and spacious. The location was great, with easy access from the interstate and surrounded by good restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great customer service.

I was the cleanliness of the room. There were several areas that were not properly cleaned, such as the shower walls and the handles to the room entry doors.

We had a maintenance issue with the light/fan in our bathroom, but the hotel staff quickly addressed it and fixed the problem. They were responsive and efficient in their service. I had a great experience at Hawthorn Suites Bloomington and would recommend it to others.

Had really enjoyable stay on vacation. The room for the sofa bed was exceptional value. Our hotel was in a magnificent location close to everything. For short-orders there was Mcdonald's, we found it close by.

The location of this hotel is perfect for business travelers like me. It is conveniently situated near many restaurants where I needed to go after a long day of traveling. Notably, the Cracker Barrel restaurant is just a stone's throw away. In terms of the room, it is spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff's service is commendable, with fast check-in and friendly interactions.

The breakfast options could be improved. On one occasion, there was a lack of meat during my visit at 9 AM.

Clean hotel with a courteous staff and incredible and exceptional rooms. The rooms with microwave, fridge, seprate desk, couch and easy chair. The pool area is nice too. Everything great. Nice bar area. Really comfortable overall experience.

For 3 star hotel it was reasonably priced, I had really great stay overall. I appreciated that the property was 15 minutes drive from the airport.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was slow.

The indoor pool area was clean and well-maintained. We had a great time relaxing at the bar with good conversation. Breakfast was tasty. a very nice stay. One drawback was that the faucet at the kitchen sink was slightly tough to turn on. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to several restaurants and there is parking right across from the entrance. The room itself is spacious, providing ample room to relax and unwind. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, with no signs of dirt or grime on the baseboards or vanity area.

The staff at night seemed bothered by our presence during check-in, giving off an unwelcoming vibe.
